I’ve been to Walt Disney World (not Disneyland) in Florida many times and over the years I have met a variety of all different characters. Meeting characters is one of my favorite things about going to Disney. Different parks around the world feature different characters too.
Some of these characters no longer appear, while some like Max are really hard to find. Then you get some like Scrooge McDuck and Genie from Aladdin which only come out at certain events. I really like meeting harder to find rarer characters too. Scrooge McDuck and Max were first on my rare character list. I’ve now met them. Super hard to find characters I would love to meet are Darkwing Duck, Launchpad McQuack, Ludwig Von Drake and Huey, Dewey and Louie. I first met Max over in Disneyland in California. He regularly meets over there. In October I was really lucky to be able to see him in Hollywood Studios in Disney World. He wasn’t out for long and didn’t appear on the meet and greet schedule either. It was by luck I found him as I was in the area where he was.
One of the hardest and extremely rare characters probably has to be Grandma Duck. She hasn’t been seen since Donald Duck’s 50th Birthday Parade back in 1984. As far as I know she never did a meet and greet, but Disney had and probably still has the costume for her.

I wonder if there’s any explanation as to why Grandma Duck hasn’t resurfaced… Would be interesting to hear! Other than that, you look amazing in all the photos, especially dressed as Buzz. Glad you had a great time đŸ™‚

I really have no idea. If you didn’t see Donald’s 50th Birthday Parade you wouldn’t know she existed. You can watch the parade on you tube x
